I provide dependable, user-focused ICT support with more than 3 years of hands-on experience delivering first- and second-level helpdesk services. I’m known for troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly while keeping support secure, policy-compliant, and documentation-driven.

In my recent role, I supported over 150 staff and users by installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, projectors, and internet devices. I supported Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365, enabled new users with proper access controls, monitored office networks and connectivity, and performed system updates and antivirus checks.

I also bring strong fundamentals from earlier attachment work at the Kenya Revenue Authority, where I supported 100+ users across Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments. I train non-technical users, coordinate with vendors for repairs and warranty management, maintain ICT asset inventories, and support virtual meetings and digital learning sessions.
