I was apart of Spoton's AE Team to be an ambassador for their Financial Technology, offering advanced technology to local small to Medium sized businesses. I created and presented detailed proposals to help illustrate value and close the sales cycle out.

• Handled average call volume of 50 calls per day, which includes inbound and outbound calling
• Generated and followed up on leads through Salesforce to secure repeat customers
• Lead sales district in customer satisfaction ratings while also exceeding company quota Q1/Q2
• Maintained knowledge of competitors plans and deals to effectively compare company benefits which resulted in new business

Accepted the opportunity to train local Best Buy staff members on how to sell Google Products to the customer base. This also involved inventory management and merchandising to display and highlight said Google products. I was tasked to gather sales data and build reports on where the Google Product Sales were WoW and which Best Buy reps sold what to display store improvement.
