I am an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of excelling and innovating in various fields of work most recently in sales; I possess a diverse skill set ranging in customer service, multi-layered tech platforms, human interaction and integration, sales, data analysis, and ingenuity. In a prior role at a law firm, I was tasked with the duties of crafting and executing a plan to track and improve the progress of cases at government offices. Prior to my program, the average case time was 18 months, upon execution of my program, the wait time decreased to only 6 months, a third of the original time. This program was instituted companywide and the results remained consistent. Eventually garnering me a team to lead the efforts going forward. Improvement initiatives have always piqued my interest in my professional interests; as a result, I want to include this growth attitude into prevailing in my SDR role and exceeding expectations by leaps and bounds.
