I’m looking for a customer service role where I can provide courteous, high-quality support, handle transactions accurately, and resolve concerns efficiently while contributing to smooth daily operations and team goals.

I’m a customer-focused and dependable professional with hands-on experience in retail, customer service, and public service environments. I communicate clearly, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and provide courteous, high-quality service.

In my Customer Service Agent role at Rattans (2022) and my Alorica experience (March 2026–May 2026), I support daily operations through transactions, accurate record keeping, and organized administrative support. I bring strong cash handling skills and basic IT/computer confidence to keep service running smoothly.
