What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and scale multilingual language services, translation, localization, and operational workflows while improving quality, access, vendor performance, and data-driven service delivery.

At UT Health Behavioral Sciences Center, I launched the Language Center and built scalable workflows, SOPs, scheduling systems, quality assurance processes, and centralized invoicing for multilingual services.

I coordinate end-to-end translation and interpretation projects across staff, vendors, VRI, and telephonic services; lead localization of patient-facing and state-approved materials; and use KPIs, dashboards, and documentation to improve delivery. Previously, I translated and localized U.S. Department of Justice legal documentation at Metlang and provided behavioral health interpretation at Imani Counseling.
