What I'm looking for
Currently manage operations and customer success across one business - An industrial LPG supply company.
Previously; ClubWorks - Operations & Customer Success
At ClubWorks I managed a Shopify store, ran multi-channel marketing campaigns, handled consultative sales, and fixed operational problems. Some of this includes injecting a custom lightweight JavaScript into the store's theme to eliminate a revenue leak, and building an Excel automation that reduced a 10-step manual process to 5 clicks. Both with zero coding background, and self-taught using AI tools.
At the LPG Supply business, I've retained 6 industrial clients in a fully commoditized market. No contracts, hundreds of alternatives. They stay because of trust, reliability and consistency. Not because of pricing.
I'm looking to join early-stage companies where the problems are real, the team is small, and getting things right actually matters. My interests outside work include fitness, music and gaming. These are my anchors. I tend to research things I'm curious about deeply, which is probably why I end up fixing things at work the same way!
