At C.H. Robinson, I managed strategic accounts including Costco, Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Canadian Tire and Clorox, generating approximately $1.5M in annual profit contribution. I ranked among Canada’s Top 10 revenue-generating employees for three consecutive years while growing customer volume, retaining business and resolving critical logistics issues.

I’ve built B2B portfolios from scratch, expanded a customer from one shipment per month to two shipments per day, and won back Costco business through competitive pricing and a detailed service-recovery plan. I enjoy bringing stakeholders together through QBRs, forecasting, negotiation, upselling, cross-selling and practical cross-functional problem solving.

In Australia, I currently support day-to-day operations for a 1,500-person FIFO village at the Gorgon Project, coordinating accommodation, service requests, flights, onboarding and administrative records in a high-volume environment.
