At The New Trade Program, I was the sole Salesforce administrator for a production org, taking builds from requirements through configuration, testing, go-live, training, and support. I built Flows and integrated Salesforce with third-party tools through n8n, REST APIs, and webhooks.

I shipped an AI-generated summary embedded in Salesforce Lead records, then tested, documented, and measured adoption. It saved roughly 20 minutes per applicant.

At 4th Ave Market, I designed and built a custom ordering application for JCCA that replaced manual order assembly. It removed 2–3 hours of manual work, eliminated ordering errors, and remains in production, processing over $20K a month in orders.

I also founded and operated Breukelen Coffee House for 11 years, growing it to $600k+ in annual revenue with sustained 9–12% margins. I’m relocating to Barranquilla, Colombia, am authorized to work there, and can provide full US Eastern overlap and contract B2B.
