I’m a Salesforce Administrator with 8+ years of experience owning and evolving Salesforce Sales Cloud environments for B2B commercial teams. I configure advanced Flows, automation, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects to improve pipeline data quality and reduce manual effort. As a Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, I help teams adopt AI-driven automation and advise on Salesforce AI capabilities.
