What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own Salesforce delivery from requirements through adoption, combining business analysis, configuration, targeted development, and user training in a collaborative team.

At Elite Status Group, I own Salesforce end to end, improving the data model, automating quote and expense processes, and maintaining reliable reporting without data loss.

I also built a custom LWC and Apex image-compression solution for Salesforce mobile users after rejecting costly AppExchange options, eliminating a recurring workflow friction point at zero licensing cost. I maintain a visual map of every Flow, object, and field, alongside an org-maintenance program for audit trails, security, releases, storage, APIs, and licenses.

Through learnCRM.io, I designed and teach an original Salesforce Administrator course spanning 150+ topics and 50+ hours of hands-on instruction. I built both the public course site and student portal, and have taught everyone from complete beginners to experienced admins, business leaders, and a Salesforce employee.

My work combines requirements, user stories, configuration, targeted Apex and LWC development, documentation, and end-user training so feedback stays tight and implementation does not get lost in handoff.
