I’m an organized, professional program manager with experience maintaining strong customer and coworker relationships while managing multiple projects and development teams. As a Training Manager & Subject Matter Expert at SALIX DataAfrica, I identify training needs, build individualized and group training programs, and develop training manuals that target tangible results. I evaluate performance to ensure training improves business outcomes and drives brand values through every training and development activity.

Previously, I worked as a QualityAssurance Specialist, where I supported customer listening programs to identify needs and monitored the effectiveness and quality of outgoing calls and document processing. I determine performance weaknesses, establish solutions, ensure compliance with quality systems, and generate coaching and feedback documentation for call center teams to strengthen execution. I’m also comfortable working independently, self-motivated, and confident in communicating with discretion and professionalism.

My foundation includes experience as a Call Center Representative—handling data retrieval and entry into CRM, making calls to retrieve information, and organizing data on spreadsheets—plus time as an InsuranceAgent advising clients and tailoring life insurance policies. I also contributed as a Volunteer through needs assessment, participatory action research, and managing social media accounts, which keeps my approach grounded in collaboration, research, and practical interventions.
