What I'm looking for
I am a customer experience and operations professional with proven expertise in client implementation, account management, and service delivery within fast-paced, high-volume environments. I currently serve as a Benefits Specialist, guiding clients through complex processes while managing accounts, renewals, and underwriting workflows.
