I’m looking for a benefits/client services role in a high-volume environment where I can manage accounts, improve customer journeys, ensure compliance, and use CRM tools to solve problems and strengthen retention—while growing into greater leadership.

I am a customer experience and operations professional with proven expertise in client implementation, account management, and service delivery within fast-paced, high-volume environments. I currently serve as a Benefits Specialist, guiding clients through complex processes while managing accounts, renewals, and underwriting workflows.

In my role at Vensure Employer Solutions, I lead client accounts by managing benefits administration, renewals, and underwriting processes while ensuring accuracy in policy allocation and compliance. I collaborate with clients to recommend suitable insurance plans, strengthen retention, and use CRM systems to track client data and maintain up-to-date records.

Previously, I supported benefits administration as a Sales Benefits Assistant and delivered high-quality customer support at AT&T and Metro by T-Mobile, handling inquiries across calls, emails, and live chats while documenting interactions in CRM. Earlier leadership roles as Front Office Manager and Team Leader strengthened my coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and I’m comfortable improving workflows, resolving issues efficiently, and driving performance.
