What I'm looking for

I seek a Program Manager role where I can lead community-focused initiatives, mentor beneficiaries, design scalable trainings, work with collaborative teams, and measure impact to support participant economic and social empowerment.

I am a program management professional transitioning from community development with extensive experience designing and delivering entrepreneurship and life-skills trainings for adolescent girls and youth. I have a proven record establishing savings and loan associations, improving participants' marketing skills, and documenting best practices to scale interventions.

My work includes mentoring, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement across DREAMS programming, where I led mobilization, follow-ups, and service linkages that improved social and financial outcomes for participants.
