I’m seeking a role where I coordinate projects end-to-end, own SLA/service delivery, and use KPI reporting to guide decisions—partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve accountability and outcomes.

I’m a results-driven project coordination and service delivery professional with 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams, driving SLA compliance, and translating data into actionable insights. I combine PMP-aligned methodology with a customer-centric mindset to improve processes, accountability, and stakeholder outcomes.

In customer service, I resolved 100% of requests within SLA timelines by triaging, logging, and tracking tickets through CRM platforms across voice, chat, and email. I also supported first-level technical troubleshooting for connectivity and service issues, reducing escalations to Network Engineering by deflecting resolvable cases at first contact.
