What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Programme Manager role where I can lead programme management and stakeholder engagement, deliver community-led capacity building, and use data-driven reporting to strengthen participant empowerment and measurable outcomes.

I’m a programme and community development professional with 5+ years of specialised experience delivering entrepreneurship, mentorship, economic empowerment, and youth-focused interventions within DREAMS programming. I build community-led capacity by combining mentorship, business development training, and data-driven programme implementation.

I’ve facilitated entrepreneurship and livelihood programmes supporting more than 100 adolescent girls and young women through business planning, VSLA/Chama formation, mentoring, and socio-economic development initiatives. I strengthen delivery with ODK-based reporting and monitoring systems, translating field data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

I also lead from the front as a mentor across a 26-month timeframe, boosting participant retention and supporting measurable progress toward development targets. Recently, I’ve added an AI-focused track—delivering high-quality data annotation and validation in remote-first workflows—while continuing to pursue Programme Manager responsibilities grounded in proven community impact.
