What I'm looking for
I am a British-born concierge and property professional with a BSc (Hons) in Business Management and practical experience across residential property management, facilities and front-of-house roles. I combine strong communication and customer-service skills with hands-on facilities responsibilities, including key control, post management, contractor coordination and building checks.
In my current role I manage day-to-day concierge operations at a central London property, producing facilities reports, modifying apartment heating controls, coordinating contractors and handling resident enquiries. Previously I worked as a property manager handling budgets, LPE1 forms, leaseholder queries and maintaining databases in Qube, and I have retail and online assistant experience using Magento and CRM tools.
