I’m looking for remote opportunities where I can support customers and teams with admin and operations—handling phone/email/video enquiries, managing calendars and inboxes, keeping records accurate in CRM, and coordinating issues to resolution.

I’m a responsible, reliable, and hard-working professional with over seven years of customer-facing, administrative, and property management experience. I’m known for managing competing priorities, communicating effectively, and delivering exceptional service even when enquiries are high.

In recent roles, I’ve managed property-related client journeys end-to-end—conducting property appraisals and rental valuations, advising landlords on market conditions, and coordinating onboarding for new instructions. I balance targets with a professional, consultative customer experience while keeping reports and records accurate using company databases and systems.

As an Estates Property Manager, I acted as a primary point of contact for residents, contractors, and leaseholders. I coordinated maintenance projects, contractor schedules, and compliance requirements, resolved concerns and complaints, and supported service standards through careful budgeting, invoice processing, and organised resident communications.
