What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing or administrative role where I can apply my experience in service, communication, record keeping, team support, and community engagement while continuing to develop digital marketing and content-management skills.

I've built 15 years of customer-facing experience across hospitality and retail, most recently supporting online orders, food safety, and customer service at Waitrose & Partners.

At Wm. Morrison Supermarkets, I supported HR administration, delivered health and safety training, helped recruit over 100 employees, and digitised seven years of employee data in line with GDPR.

I've also led residential student support at Richmond, American University London, developing Residential Assistants, coordinating emergency response, and creating a Ukraine appeal donation drive that continued after I left. Alongside this work, I've developed skills in digital marketing, content management, Adobe InDesign, and digital tools.
