What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer executive who brings strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and good interpersonal skills to every customer interaction. I’m currently an undergraduated Student of BBA in Management at The University of Asia Pacific, and I enjoy turning feedback into better service delivery.
In my role as a Customer executive, I oversaw the customer service process, resolved complaints, and helped create policies and procedures. I also planned training and standardization of service delivery, and supported hiring and selection of new staff to strengthen team performance.
As a Moderator and Customer Service Representative, I conducted quality assurance surveys, provided feedback to staff, and supported customer satisfaction through accurate information and active listening. I handled escalated calls professionally, maintained a pleasant working environment, and used tools like Microsoft office for day-to-day coordination and database maintenance.
I’m looking for a challenging job with scope to innovate and utilize my full potential skills. I take pride in being a valuable asset to the company by sharing knowledge, enhancing my expertise, and helping the team achieve a successful track record.
