I’m a customer service and call center professional who enjoys solving customer needs with responsibility, discipline, and commitment. I’m motivated by work that offers dignity, growth, and meaningful learning from day one.

I’ve worked as a Customer Service Agent at MY Outsourcing Limited in BEXIMCO (Akash process), where I focused on reliable communication and consistent service. I also handled customer service roles in HF Food Service call center and in Fifotech call center, supporting customers through structured, schedule-driven daily operations.

Beyond direct support, I’ve taken on customer-facing and brand-focused responsibilities as a BA (Brand Ambassador) at JTI (Japan Tobacco International). I also worked as a Marketing Executive at Chittagong Dairy Food, strengthening my ability to connect with people, support campaigns, and represent products professionally.

I bring strong practical skills with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Email, and Internet Browsing, and I work well both independently and in a team.
