I’m looking for a role where I can manage customer enquiries and sales follow-ups end-to-end—tracking leads in CRM, supporting orders, and using tools like HubSpot/Zendesk to improve customer experience and boost pipeline growth in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a customer-focused Sales and Customer Support professional with 3+ years of experience managing customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, and CRM records. I help businesses grow by turning conversations into sales-ready prospects while keeping customer relationships strong.

In my current role as a Sales Support Representative, I manage 20–35 daily customer and prospect enquiries through phone, email, and live chat. I track and qualify 100+ leads monthly, log interactions in CRM, schedule discovery calls, and support onboarding with post-call follow-ups.

Previously, as a Sales Support & Customer Engagement Representative, I handled 30+ daily customer interactions and managed 200+ customer leads in CRM. I supported customers through the purchase process, resolved issues, and gathered feedback to help improve service delivery.

I’m especially confident in chat/email/phone communication, lead follow-ups, and order tracking and shipment follow-ups.
