What I'm looking for
I'm an Executive Virtual Assistant with over five years of experience supporting CEOs, founders, and multi-business operators remotely. My expertise is in executive coordination, UK property operations, inbox and calendar management, stakeholder communication, documentation, and keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently.
In my current role supporting the CEO of a UK property management business, I coordinate tenant and supplier communications, manage property documentation and compliance using OpenRent, TDS, Signable, and Gradwell, and oversee operational workflows across multiple priorities. By taking ownership of these administrative responsibilities, I've helped save my client more than 15 hours each week, allowing them to focus on business growth.
Previously, I supported a multi-business CEO and influencer as a Personal Assistant, managing calendars, inboxes, appointments, travel planning, reminders, and project coordination across several businesses. I also assisted with content planning, brand outreach, and document management using Google Workspace, Notion, and other productivity tools.
One experience that reflects how I work happened when I discovered two meetings had been scheduled for the same time, a routine internal check-in and an important stakeholder meeting. I immediately reviewed the CEO's priorities, confirmed which meeting required their attendance, contacted everyone involved, rescheduled the routine meeting, and shared updated calendar invitations with clear communication. The stakeholder meeting went ahead without disruption, the internal meeting was successfully moved, and no relationships or commitments were affected. It reinforced the importance of staying calm, communicating early, and solving problems before they become bigger issues.
Earlier in my career, I also provided virtual administrative support through a VA agency and worked in administrative and front-desk roles, where I handled appointment scheduling, customer communication, record management, invoice organization, and data entry.
