I am an adaptable and motivated professional with experience in customer service, front-desk operations, order management, and assisting customers with inquiries. My previous roles as an M-Pesa shop attendant and hotel receptionist have helped me develop strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer relations skills.

I have also completed online training in digital marketing, graphic design, and Canva, which has strengthened my digital skills and ability to work with online tools. I enjoy learning new things, organizing tasks, solving problems, and finding practical ways to support people and businesses.

I am interested in remote opportunities in areas such as customer support, virtual assistance, administrative support, data entry, digital marketing, and other roles where I can apply my existing skills while learning new ones. I am comfortable using a computer and smartphone, open to learning new software, and committed to being reliable, detail-oriented, and productive.
