What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support role where I can handle customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone, use CRM and ticketing systems, contribute to strong CSAT and first-contact resolution, and continue growing my technical and analytical skills.

I've supported USA and UK customers at Brainiax IT Solutions and PayYourPhoneBill, resolving account, billing, order-status, onboarding, and access issues across phone, email, and live chat.

At Brainiax IT Solutions, I handled 200–250 daily customer interactions, maintained accurate CRM and order-management records, and supported reporting, data entry, and daily operational coordination. At PayYourPhoneBill, I managed 100–150 inquiries daily while meeting response-time and AHT targets and focusing on first-contact resolution.
