What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging role where I can continue growing professionally, take on more responsibility, and contribute to a dynamic team. I value environments where I can learn, improve processes, and develop my skills while progressing in my career.

I started my career in customer service and client support, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. Over time, I gained experience working with CRM systems, managing client accounts, and supporting operational processes in fast-paced environments.

Currently, I work at Azulcasa Inmobiliaria in Alicante, where I help manage client relationships, coordinate follow-ups, and support marketing and sales teams to improve internal processes and client experience. My role involves working across teams, managing information through CRM platforms, and helping ensure that operations run efficiently.

I also have experience in sales and account management, including negotiating contracts, handling billing issues, and managing customer accounts. These experiences have helped me develop a strong understanding of client needs and how to deliver effective support in dynamic business environments.

I hold a Higher National Diploma in Executive Assistance and Department Management and I am currently completing a Project Management certification. I am particularly interested in roles related to operations, project coordination, and client relationship management.

I speak five languages fluently and I am currently working on learning a sixth, which reflects my international mindset and passion for continuous learning.

I am a very ambitious and growth-driven person. I am highly focused on developing my career, continuously learning, and achieving strong professional results. I am looking for a challenging role where I can show my full potential, take on responsibility, and continue climbing the career ladder while contributing to the success of the company.
