I’m looking for a client-focused role where I can act as the trusted point of contact, manage accounts end-to-end, and bring a people-centered, wellbeing-informed approach—delivering calmly under pressure in a structured, collaborative environment.

I’m a client-facing professional with over twelve years of experience in account management and customer service, and I’m used to being the trusted point of contact that sustains long-term relationships with very diverse profiles.

I work in a structured way, stay calm under pressure, and fully involve myself in every client and project—coordinating between clients and internal teams (creative, media, production) to deliver on time and on target.

My background in human development and wellbeing reinforces a people-centered way of working; I’ve designed and facilitated mental wellbeing programs for 70+ clients, and I’ve independently built and maintained the project’s brand and online course while supporting retention through individualized, ongoing follow-up.
