What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead People Operations, HRIS, and process transformation work where I can replace manual workflows with scalable systems that improve accuracy, compliance, employee experience, and operational visibility.

I've led People Operations, HR technology, payroll, recruiting, and process transformation across Panattu-Guyette LLC, Comeback Consulting, Westford Country Store & Cafe, Ten Pin Entertainment, and Bet Recreation. At Comeback Consulting, I supported 80+ clients and led an 80+ employee Gusto-to-Rippling migration that reduced onboarding time by approximately 50%.

I turn fragmented manual work into documented, scalable workflows using Rippling, Gusto, ADP, Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, When I Work, Excel, and Google Sheets. From automated recruiting communications and employee lifecycle workflows to multi-output event documentation, I build systems that improve accuracy, visibility, compliance, and employee experience.
