I’m an experienced People Operations and HR professional who thrives at the intersection of structure and growth. For the past six years, I led HR and operations at The Educator Academy, a nonprofit focused on leadership development in education. In that role, I developed organization-wide systems for hiring, performance management, and feedback that strengthened consistency, equity, and alignment with organizational values.
My recent work includes standardizing job descriptions and implementing a competency-based interview framework, creating a multi-stage performance management process with manager training and evaluation rubrics, and designing internal guides and training for both managers and employees.
I’m motivated by creating clarity and connection in complex, fast-changing environments. I’m excited to bring that mindset to a growing, tech-forward, or mission-driven company where I can keep improving how people experience work.
