I'm a people-oriented, systems-minded operator with 10+ years of experience spanning HR operations, HRIS administration, benefits, talent acquisition, and cross-functional coordination. I've spent my career being the person who sees what's broken and builds the fix — whether that's an onboarding tracker that cuts coordination time by 70%, a ticketing system that turns week-long response times into 1-2 days, or a shared inbox architecture that finally gives a team visibility into who owns what.

I thrive in environments where I can go deep on a specialty rather than stretch thin across a dozen roles — which is what drew me toward HRIS, benefits, and workplace wellness specifically. I'm PHR-certified, an Asana Ambassador, and comfortable partnering with AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT — I'm not an expert, but I'm not afraid of them either, and I use them daily to work smarter and build more efficiently.
