My background spans HR operations, HRIS administration, benefits, talent acquisition, and cross-functional process design across nonprofit, staffing, and healthcare environments. I thrive going deep on a specialty rather than stretching thin — which is what draws me toward HRIS, benefits, workplace wellness, and operations-focused roles specifically.
