What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply customer-focused communication while growing into data analysis—collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support better decisions. I thrive in a team environment and enjoy learning new challenges.

I’ve built three years of call center experience delivering exceptional customer service and support. I manage both incoming and outgoing calls, handle customer inquiries and concerns, and focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and time management. I also take confidentiality seriously when conveying sensitive information.

In my role as a Call Center Representative/Customer Advocate, I achieved strong call completion times by implementing efficient measures. I assist co-workers, maintain mandatory documentation for future reference, and keep records accurately—whether I’m supporting customers or conducting outbound political surveys while protecting data confidentiality.

I’m now pursuing a Data Analysts Certificate Course to deepen how I collect, analyze, and interpret data to help organizations make better decisions. I’m a quick learner, a motivated self-starter, and a team player who’s eager to apply tools and analytics skills to new challenges that drive real outcomes.
