I am a Belgian-born localization professional based in Scotland with over a decade of experience in customer support, localization and translation. I have worked both as a freelance translator since 2007 and within companies delivering support, marketing and communications.
As a Team Lead and L&D Lead at Keywords Studios, I create training materials in EasyGenerator, deliver training, and track team performance while leading localization and customer support agents. I also lead diverse games admin and technical support teams and previously delivered client support for SaaS products.
