I'm currently supporting Merck's e-learning translation work, acting as Project Manager for courses requiring localisation. I manage a team of eight localisation developers and coordinate external vendors, stakeholders, and quality-assurance teams.

I develop translation-friendly e-learning workflows, reviewer processes, vendor documentation, glossaries, translation memories, and translation guides. I also train English-course designers and developers, support localisation developers, track bugs and quotes, and help deliver translated courses through QA testing and LMS submission.

Previously, I managed localisation projects at All In Global, Translation Royale, and TransPerfect, covering multilingual websites, mobile applications, game interfaces, marketing materials, legal content, clinical-trial documentation, subtitling, and life-sciences content. I've coordinated vendors and stakeholders, maintained briefs and terminology resources, produced quotes, supported vendor selection, and delivered projects to client requirements.

My work combines project and content management with e-learning, multilingual content, quality assurance, SEO-aware website localisation, and process improvement. I'm interested in applying this experience to broader Learning and Development-focused roles.
