I'm seeking a new challenge where I can further develop my skills, lead people and complex projects, apply QA and compliance controls, and deliver high-quality, personal user experiences.

At bet365, I lead end-to-end multilingual content and localisation projects across 27 international domains, from onboarding and translation through Pre-Live and Live testing.

I manage teams of 10–30 employees and contractors, coordinate launches across 10 departmental workstreams, and maintain delivery, QA, and regulatory standards across international markets. I've also introduced AI-assisted workflows for Trados Studio through VS Code command-line processes.

My work combines structured testing, defect management, compliance reviews, stakeholder coordination, and clear project communication. I'm looking for a new challenge where I can build on my leadership, analytical mindset, and commitment to high-quality user experiences.
