At Ana Lozano Pilates, I manage member and prospective-client communication across phone, social media, and email while coordinating bookings, instructor schedules, holidays, and general accounting. I also create service promotions and translate official communications into Italian, English, and French.

Previously, at Aqua Club Termal and Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel, I welcomed guests and members, sold services, developed promotions, improved service quality, and supported VIP customer experiences. At Paradise Park, I was promoted to Head of Sales, where I managed staff and team KPIs, created campaigns and offers, and implemented multichannel sales strategies.

I've also supported more than 10 online events across personal development, finance, and marketing, providing participant support and managing virtual rooms, audio, video, and privacy requirements.

My background includes managing family hospitality businesses, training teams, coordinating suppliers and inventory, and creating events, menus, and promotions that encourage repeat customers. I work in Spanish, Italian, English, French, and German, and I have completed training in data analysis, cybersecurity, Python, and SQL.
