I am a highly motivated and technically adept individual, known for my self-driven nature.

Throughout my career, I have consistently achieved success. A notable accomplishment was my pivotal role in driving the success of my company's application by providing exceptional technical support to customers. I took charge of the application's support single-handedly and garnered an outpouring of positive feedback. This achievement prompted my employer to expand the team, bringing on three junior support engineers to manage the escalating volume of daily tickets.

Recently, I had the privilege of being recognized as the top performer in Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) within the IT Operations Management (ITOM) sector at Tek Experts.

My professional background spans providing comprehensive network and software support to users and implementing intricate technical solutions. My expertise spans a wide range of technologies, including block and object storage, Docker Engine, firewall management (pfsense), JSON, Python programming, Bash scripting, packet analysis utilizing Wireshark, and proficiency with various Linux OS distributions. Additionally, I possess hands-on experience in relational database management, cloud computing, virtualization, and adept usage of CRM tools.

During my leisure time, I immerse myself in testing new technological advancements and documenting my insights through article writing. I also enjoy indulging in reading and watching soccer matches.
