At Tek Experts Nigeria (now TeKnowledge), I lead complex technical escalations, improve case quality, maintain testing environments, and mentor junior engineers. I also help grow team capability and productivity through targeted improvement plans.

Previously, I supported corporate customers with Azure Active Directory, synchronization, authentication, account management, and critical-issue resolution. I managed customer relationships, documented resolutions, created knowledge articles, and collaborated across technical account and support teams.

At Dynamic Portfolio Limited, I oversaw IT and operations across stockbroking activities, infrastructure, security, system implementation, backups, network administration, and end-user support. I implemented security equipment including firewalls, two-factor authentication, and antivirus software, while working with software teams on release fixes.

My background also includes IT administration at Megawatts Nigeria Ltd and branch, channel, and ATM support at United Bank for Africa. I bring hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, troubleshooting, security audits, disaster recovery, and staff training.
