At NXLog, I resolved 788 enterprise support cases across NXLog Agent and Platform while maintaining 100% SLA compliance. I troubleshoot containerized deployments, Kubernetes/Helm, Podman, Docker Compose, and ClickHouse issues, and provide engineering teams with diagnostic evidence for product defects.

Previously, I implemented and supported Imperva Cloud WAF for financial institutions at Tenece Professional Services, including deployments across nine GTBank subsidiaries. I also supported ArcSight SIEM enterprise accounts at Teknowledge and administered production Linux hosting infrastructure at HollaTags.
