Previously at Smartsheet, I led Deal Support operations through Salesforce and CPQ, driving SLA, KPI, SOX, A3, and Six Sigma process improvements.

At Smile Direct Club, I created Claims and Collection processes from zero, led RCM quality and training teams, and supported cash application, reconciliation, collections, contracts, and insurance data analysis. I also managed AR migrations, master data, collections, and cash application operations at Bosch Service Solutions.

My background spans Oracle SaaS sales and contract operations, Huawei billing and revenue documentation, LATAM import/export management, and general management of an automotive subsidiary in China. I work in English, Spanish, and Mandarin, and bring hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, project management, supply chain, analytics, and team development.
