I'm looking to lead SaaS or B2B operations, implementation, onboarding, and process-improvement work where I can coordinate cross-functional teams, improve SLA performance, and deliver strong client outcomes.

I've led SaaS and BPO operations at 8x8 / Movate, managing end-to-end onboarding for Portability and Cancellations processes across U.S. and UK/EMEA clients.

I reduced an operational backlog by 83%, increased monthly closure rates from about 70% to more than 98%, and led 18+ specialists across simultaneous workflows. I combine milestone tracking, SLA management, workflow redesign, client kickoffs, and escalation handling.

Earlier at Teleperformance Costa Rica, I led remote-work transition planning for 85+ employees without operational disruption, managed teams of 24+ specialists, and supported customer, billing, training, and quality operations.
