I've delivered $1.38M in documented savings in 2025 and negotiated a $12M multi-year manpower agreement that secured labor continuity while mitigating rate increases. I also build stronger supplier collaboration across 40+ suppliers and multiple site teams.

Previously at 3M and Cummins, I drove sourcing strategy, spend optimization, supplier negotiations, contract compliance, and analytics across direct and indirect categories. My work contributed to $2.5M in working-capital improvements, stronger compliance, and global supply-chain performance initiatives.
