What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a clinic role where I can deliver compassionate patient care, keep accurate EMR documentation, and support efficient workflow. I thrive in fast-paced teams that value HIPAA compliance, clear communication, and continuous learning.

I’m a Certified Medical Assistant focused on patient intake, vital signs, and preparing patients for examination in fast-paced clinical environments. I’m known for compassionate service, accuracy, and staying organized while supporting providers and patients.

In my current role, I support efficient clinic operations by coordinating patient flow, maintaining exam rooms and supplies, and handling clinical documentation. I accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Previously in a PRN Certified Medical Assistant role, I assisted providers with patient care and day-to-day office operations. I educated patients on appointments, procedures, and follow-up instructions, and I kept confidentiality and organization at the center of my work.

Before returning fully to clinical work, I built a strong customer-focused foundation through remote customer service and high-volume retail roles. I handled complex questions, documented interactions across multiple systems, and maintained quality and productivity—skills that continue to strengthen how I communicate and problem-solve in healthcare.
