What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can resolve concerns quickly, manage reservations or front-desk duties, and support operations with strong administrative and HR experience in a collaborative team environment.

I’m a customer-oriented professional known for strong communications and problem resolution. I thrive in fast-paced, metric-driven environments where I can document issues, offer solutions, and deliver service recovery that leaves customers satisfied.

In hotel reservations and guest services, I’ve answered phones promptly, upsold rooms to maximize revenue, and processed transactions accurately. I also complete daily accounting reports, prepare deposits, issue and manage guest safe-deposit boxes, and handle reservation updates including cancellations and revisions.

Beyond guest-facing roles, I support operations as an Assistant General Manager by assisting with personnel administration, staff hiring and training, inventory tracking, and maintaining standards across cleanliness and maintenance. I’ve also coded invoices and supported billing and tax-related responsibilities.
