What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service role where I can support clients via phone/email/chat, resolve account and technical issues, document cases in CRM, meet KPIs, and keep satisfaction high while learning and growing.

I’m a fast-learner with incredible communication skills, and I enjoy thinking outside the box. I’ve built my career around customer support and client service, consistently helping people with real issues and clear next steps.

Most recently, I worked as a Bonus & Customer support agent at Viva Games (5 months, Bucharest). I provided customer support via phone, email, and chat, assisting clients with account issues, winning issues, payment issues, and technical issues, and I also made outbound calls to promote company bonuses and credit players’ accounts.

Before that, I supported clients at Stellar Development for 1 year and 8 months and at Computer Generated Solutions for 2 years and 2 months. I documented customer interactions and case details in the company CRM system, followed company procedures, quality standards, and data protection policies, and escalated complex issues to specialized departments when necessary.

Earlier in my career, I spent 3 years at Steve Madden in Sales, helping customers with orders, products, and services—order placement, order tracking, returns, and exchanges. I resolved issues related to payments, shipping, delivery delays, and product availability, maintained accurate CRM records, handled complaints professionally, and ensured quick, satisfactory resolutions.
