At Tata Consultancy Services, I own the build and run of 150+ business-critical applications for a global confectionery, pet-care and food manufacturer. I lead delivery across 20 teams and multi-cloud environments, with a 99.9% availability target and cloud-cost reductions of 15–18% a year.
I also designed and delivered a Claude-based certificate-lifecycle agent now running in production; it has renewed 10 certificates with zero downtime. Earlier at InnoWave, I turned around a struggling telecom engagement, raising customer satisfaction to 90%, and at IBM India I owned a warehouse printing platform serving 8,000+ printers.
