I am a payroll coordinator, business operations specialist and a remote advocate in Abuja Nigeria.


What I'm looking for

Interested in a fully remote environment with a global workforce that gives every employee an equal opportunity and a healthy work-life balance.

I am proactive self-starter, with about 8 years of experience in operations, administrative, HR and support positions. I am currently a payroll coordinator where I support my team in processing payroll for over 3000 employees and perform due diligence auditing on a weekly basis, remotely. I'm tech-savvy, a team player, resourceful, systematic and a result-driven individual that aims to achieve targeted goals, to analytically deliver customer satisfaction and a well-rendered service.

I support my team by being the forefront person in catching unknown errors that could cause kickbacks and unhappy employees through the use of excel and automating spreadsheets. In the month of October alone, 49 errors were caught and prevented.

In my previous position, I helped the organization mitigate 20% unnecessary expenses by introducing a monthly budget plan to the company.

I am passionate about learning new skills, remote working, mental health awareness and womens empowerment. Graduating with honours, I obtained my Bachelors degree in Banking and Finance from Regent University, in Accra, Ghana.

As part of the Customer service/ payroll team, I help in processing the payroll of 3000+ employees on a weekly basis. I am responsible for trouble shooting log in and cloud issues for employees, auditing direct deposits, processing income withholdings, ensuring compliance of all employees with regulations, and running daily and weekly reports to flag potential errors through the use of Excel.
