I am a detail-oriented HR professional with hands-on experience supporting the employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll assistance and documentation management. I have strengthened communication, organization, and HR operations skills through roles in HR, client relations, and workflow support, and I am building data analysis capabilities including advanced Excel and foundational SQL concepts to support more informed administrative and HR processes.

During my HR internship and subsequent coordinator roles I maintained HR records and attendance data, coordinated interviews and training, supported employee engagement activities, managed reservations and client-facing operations, and optimized office filing and scheduling systems. I am ready to apply systematic policy analysis and practical problem-solving to streamline compliance and improve employee experience in a collaborative workplace.
