I’m looking for a fast-paced environment where I can lead presales and solution teams, run end-to-end sales, and optimize processes. I want to collaborate across stakeholders and deliver measurable growth through strategic projects and strong coaching.

I’ve spent my career driving organizational success through strategic leadership, process optimization, and team development. In fast-paced environments, I consistently translate stakeholder needs into measurable outcomes through strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

As a Founder, I manage deployment of agents across a platform for both clients and my organization, and I lead end-to-end sales cycles—from pitch and demo to close. I also manage off-shore teams for client onboarding and customizations, including achieving 160% YOY growth.

Previously, at Workday and Dayforce, I led presales operations and solution consulting across Canada, the US, and global business needs. I managed solution consultants’ day-to-day work, labor budget and headcount planning, and strategic projects, delivering 120%+ of team attainment goals for FY25 presales and 100%+ for FY23—while supporting RFI/RFPs and coaching teams on configuration, APIs, and integration.
