I’m looking for mid-to-senior remote Operations or Customer Success roles where I can own P&L/KPIs, drive retention and expansion, and scale data-led systems—working across US/EU time zones with strong communication and process discipline.

I’m a Senior Operations & Customer Success leader with 15+ years of experience driving revenue, retention, and operational excellence across large-scale, multi-site and remote environments. I own P&L performance, lead KPI frameworks, and translate data into actionable strategy—consistently improving margin, efficiency, and client outcomes.

In my current role as National Operations Manager, I manage operations across 130+ locations and influence teams of 2,000+ staff. I partner with executive and finance teams to deliver data-led decisions, standardise processes and implement systems, and strengthen performance tracking across revenue and retention.

I’ve also led national restructuring initiatives across 580+ stores, standardising KPIs and performance frameworks through 28 Area Managers while identifying revenue gaps through operational audits. Alongside enterprise operations, I built and scaled an international remote coaching business—owning the full client lifecycle from onboarding to retention—so I bring both operational rigor and customer-centric execution.
