I’ve led 3rd- and 4th-line global sales, customer success, and GTM transformations—driving ARR and NDR improvements (e.g., grew ARR to $10M; delivered $30M ARR; increased revenue 35% y/y at Dispatch). I build repeatable go-to-market strategies, improve CAC/LTV, launch PLG and marketplace models, and implement scalable pipeline, quota and incentive systems.
