At Carter Consulting EU, I support strategy, operations and growth for organisations including Global Healthcare Leaders Foundation, ID Stern and Gigawatt. For GHLF, I supported the launch of a healthcare membership platform, developed membership and sponsorship strategy, and set up core operational systems.

As Managing Director at ID Stern, I restructured operational systems and introduced cross-site KPI tracking across three locations in two countries. I also took ownership of brand expansion and market positioning for a new site, from concept development and location strategy through partner negotiations and the construction phase.
